How a project runs

Reach out
Call us or send the contact form. Tell us what kind of space you have and what is not working today.

Site visit
We come to you, walk the space, and listen to what you need from it. We look at the room itself: sight lines, acoustics, existing wiring, existing equipment.

Design
We explain a couple of options on the spot, then take the details back to the office. You get a complete design in about two weeks.

Installation
Once you approve the design, a downpayment covers the equipment order. We schedule the install around your calendar and leave the room clean.

Training and handoff
We train key users on the finished system before we call it done. Training is part of the job, not an add-on. The final invoice comes at completion.

Common questions
How long does design take?
About two weeks from the site visit to a complete design you can review.
How does payment work?
A downpayment upfront covers ordering your equipment. The final invoice comes when the work is complete and you have been trained on the system.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Ozaukee County and serve Milwaukee, Waukesha, Washington, Ozaukee, Sheboygan, Racine, and Kenosha counties in Wisconsin.
Do you train our staff?
We train key users. Training is built into every project, and the people who run the room day to day leave able to run it without us.
Can you work with our existing equipment?
Usually, yes. We reverse engineer existing systems all the time. If part of your current setup is worth keeping, we will build around it and tell you so.
